Life Story & Comments:

It took me about 3 years of working as a cook after High School. Then, slowly, the realisation crept up- and struck. WHAP! upside my head! I knew I had to attend University. With grades as shit as mine, I first had to rock out on my pre-requisites at the dreaded LCC. After that, it was my pick of the bunch for a good school to study anthropology. I decided on University of Vermont.
I spent ten years in Burlington before moving to New Zealand. During my time there, I recieved my B.A. in Anthropology (Honors even! who would have guessed), worked as a beekeeper, manager at the local co-op, as a Religious Education teacher for a Universal Unitarian Church, and met my Kiwi wife at Borders Books where I was the special orders clerk. Of course, my life was not completely about the work- it included being a marathon running rock-carving gardening u.s. foreign policy protesting feminist hobby bee keeper, amongst other things.
I moved to New Zealand in '05 to continue my relationship with Paula. We were married in Feb '07. I am a permanent resident of NZ and plan to pursue dual citizenship. At the end of this year I will have completed my Graduate Diploma in Primary Education, and will begin teaching.
